Good sized rooms.

I really enjoyed this great place, stayed there for 2 nights. The room was good-sized and offered a bidet, a walk-in shower and a dryer, so that guests had essentials. The staff was very amiable, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was fantastic and good for me, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, it was very close to ABC restaurant and nightlife and the airport.

Great location right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient. Also, it's close to the airport and an awesome restaurant nearby! 🏙️

I appreciated the central heating, private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room. The mountain view was an unexpected bonus. The hotel is in a particularly good location with really helpful and affable staff. The place had a quiet atmosphere, which was a nice change.

the exclusive amenities including the sauna, outdoor swimming pool and treatment room were just some of the highlights that stood out. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff attending to every request promptly.

the entertainment was somewhat lacking, with no night club or rooftop pool.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, including the spacious one bedroom suite. The location was great, with easy access to nearby ABC restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, surprising us with a cake on our birthday. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus.

The staff was amazing, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and even surprised me with a little present on my special day. the wifi was fast and reliable which made it easy to stay connected with my work and family back at home. the hotel had a great location, only a short distance away from the city center and all the touristy spots. Plus, I loved the fact that there were spacious rooms.

I was not a big fan of the breakfast, it could definitely use some improvement. I could hear a lot of noise from outside which made it hard to sleep peacefully at night.

Our stay at Masaya By Emerald was fantastic. The staff, especially Ribal and Zanko, made us feel very comfortable and provided excellent service. The room was clean and spacious, and the internet speed was great. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a short trip.
